Who am I
Immigration is a part of my family history. I am a proud Australian also holding Irish and English Citizenship.
The most recent migration was by my Grandparents who arrived in Australia in 1961 as ’10 pound poms’. Whilst on the other side my Great (Great Great) Grandfather arrived as a convict in Tasmania in 1849. His crime was the theft of 6 chickens.
I have over 15 years of experience in the migration advice industry as a client administrator and registered migration agent. For the majority of that time I managed a highly successful migration agency in Sydney which employed migration agents, consultants and client administrators.
Qualifications; Bachelor Degree (History, Political Science - University of NSW), Post Graduate Certificate (Australian Immigration Law – Victoria University of Technology)
Registered as a Migration Agent since 2003 - MARN 0317382
What I do
I get people visas.
There are many visas available to non-Australians and it is my job to determine which visa is most appropriate.
I create strategies for my clients to migrate to Australia temporarily or permanently. I have a proven track record and have expert knowledge dealing with the most popular visa categories.
I also assist Australian businesses to obtain sponsorship approval from the DIBP (Department of Immigration and Border Protection). This allows the Australian business to fill skill shortages on either a temporary or permanent basis.
Once my assessment is complete and the most appropriate visa identified my clients appoint me to prepare, present and submit their application to the DIBP.
I am the point of contact or the ‘go between’ for both the DIBP and the visa applicant.
